As the market evolved, MicroVision expanded beyond sensors to build a complete perception platform, integrating hardware, software, and system-level expertise.

The acquisition of Ibeo Automotive Systems’ assets added advanced perception software and flash lidar capabilities, accelerating our ability to deliver complete sensing solutions for automotive and industrial customers.

MicroVision further strengthened its portfolio through the addition of Scantinel’s FMCW lidar technology, expanding our capabilities in long-range sensing for demanding commercial and safety-critical applications.

The acquisition of key assets from Luminar Technologies expanded our sensor portfolio, intellectual property, and engineering capabilities, further accelerating our path to commercialization and revenue.
